Remember those videos that showed Ford Racing running 10-second e.t.’s with a supercharged 2015 Mustang GT? Now thanks to a partnership between Ford Racing and Roush Performance, you can buy that same supercharger system for your S550—and retain a limited warranty.

Ford Racing and Roush Performance collaborated on a 600-plus-horsepower supercharger system for the 2015 Mustang. The kit includes everything you need to install it, plus an exclusive PCM calibration to keep it running safely. If this Ford Racing/Roush Performance supercharger is installed by an authorized dealer, your Mustang will retain a limited warranty.

“Ford Racing and Roush are known for our winning collaborations in professional and sportsman racing,” said Doug White, Ford Racing Performance Parts manager. “By combining our mutual expertise and high-quality engineering, we are delivering an outstanding supercharger kit for 2015 Mustang GT owners.

In addition to the hardware, a key part of developing this supercharger system for the new Mustang is properly calibrating the PCM to accept boost from the 2.3-liter TVS.

“Our software and calibration was developed using Ford Racing calibrators and test facilities,” Doug explained. “The result is a kit that delivers peak performance and exceptional drivability.”

“By working together, Ford Racing and Roush can deliver the highest-quality products, in less time, and with a broadened distributor network that gives the customer local sales and support in most areas of the United States,” Jay Velthoven, Roush Performance director of marketing, added.

By the end of the year you should be able to order the system from any Ford or Roush Performance dealer. If you want more information, you can see the system in action here:
