The excitement about 2015 Mustangs hitting the streets is reaching a fever pitch, and if you are like this author, you are a bit jealous of the people that have already ordered their shiny new Mustangs. Even if you aren’t a fan of the latest-generation ’Stangs, there’s a good chance you wouldn’t turn down a free one.
Everyone loves free stuff, and when it comes to sweepstakes prizes a new Mustang is a pretty great one. That’s just the temptation offered by Stanley Racing as part of a sweepstakes celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mustang. Clearly the company wants you to visit its website and participate in its social media offerings, but the opportunity to score a new ’Stang is enough to get anyone clicking a mouse.
As if you needed icing on that cake, the winner will also score a VIP trip to the Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Yes, you can take in the last NASCAR race of the year, and you just might drive away in your new Mustang.
You might get the car if you are one of five people that make the trip. That’s right, a handful of lucky winners will make the trip to the Homestead and enjoy the race. On November 16 these five winners will randomly draw keys (or would those be intelligent access transmitters?) to the car. The first one to start the car will win it.
