Each year the crew at AmericanMuscle.com takes a break from purveying parts for Ford Mustangs to celebrate its customers with a huge car show. Over the years it has grown into one of the largest shows around. In the process, it has outgrown locations, but one thing has remained constant, the company has used the opportunity to raise money for charity.
This year the show was set up to benefit the local Philadelphia outpost of the Make A Wish Foundation, and the event helped generate a $55,000 donation to that worthy charity. As part of the wish-granting theme, the company also worked to build a 2001 Mustang into Johnathan Mullins’ dream car to fulfill his wish.
“In its seventh year of existence, we’re proud to report that—in every way—the 2015 AmericanMuscle Car Show was the largest and most exciting we’ve ever hosted,” Steve Voudouris, founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Turn 5, Inc., said. “Through our continued focus on giving back to the community and our relationship with Make-a-Wish, we’ve changed a young man’s life forever. Our team did an amazing job working with Johnathan to make his wish come true. When we pulled the cover off of his Mustang, his reaction and gratitude made our team’s effort more than worthwhile.â€
Since the event’s move to Maple Grove Raceway, the American Muscle show has expanded to include numerous activities, from drag racing and muffler sound-off contests to the car show and some amazing car giveaways. Not only did Jonathan take home his dream Mustang, but a local Mustang fan, Brad Brallier, won the Whipple-supercharged MMD by Foose Mustang. Chip Foose was on hand to give Brad the keys, and, as you can see in the photos, he was pretty stoked to win this one-of-a-kind car.

In all, this year’s show looked to be a major success, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for the 2016 installment.
