BMR Suspension offers up deflection-free vertical links for the S550 IRS

If you are concerned with the wheel hop that results when you launch a 2015 Mustang in anger, don’t fret. The crew at BMR Suspension has been hard at work testing and developing new products for the S550’s independent rear suspension. The latest product in the company’s catalog is a pair of billet vertical links designed to reduce deflection and improve traction.

“Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the billet construction and heavy-duty spherical bearings eliminate vertical link flex and solidly link the spindle to the lower control arm,” says the company. “The BMR Vertical Links will stand up to the high loads of any performance environment. The TCA045s give you the best in strength along with all of the bind-free suspension articulation needed for great handling.”

Equipped with give-free spherical bushings, the black powdercoated vertical links (PN TCA045; $189.95) are said to improve performance without adding too much additional NVH. They are part of the company’s growing system of improvements for the latest Mustang, and they will install in about an hour.
