Working on an ’05-’09 Mustang and need a spot to put tools and parts?

If you’ve ever been working on your S197 Mustang, you have undoubtedly put down tools or fasteners on the radiator support cover. Having done so ourselves, we can also guarantee that at least one of those tools or fasteners have fallen off the cover. You hold your breath and hope you hear it hit the floor.
Moreover, if you have an engine compartment that features a dressed up support cover, like the carbon fiber or painted pieces on the market, you probably don’t want to scratch up the cover with your hardware.
Fortunately for all of us that work on our own Mustangs, Classic Design Concepts offers a clever solution for keeping those tools and parts where you can reach them—the Mechanic’s Catch All (PN 0511-7017-01; $59).
“Designed for the 2005-2009 Mustang, the Mechanics Catch All fits perfectly on top of the radiator cover and provides a handy place for tools, nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners, you name it. It’s definitely one of those products you wish you had thought off, but fortunately CDC did the work for you. If you spend a lot of time under the hood of your S197, the Mechanic’s Catch All seems like a great addition to your garage.
