If you haven’t lowered your Shelby GT500 yet, there is a new spring option for BMR Suspension for your consideration. Designed for street performance, these springs are also said to sharpen the handling enough for occasional trips to the track.

“These springs will drop your 2007-2014 GT500 approximately 1.5-inches and feature a 220 lb-in front and 200 lb-in rear linear spring rate to give you a smooth ride and great looks,†says the company. “The BMR Lowering Springs (PN SP070; $259.95) lower the center of gravity to allow the body to stay flat and level in the turns while remaining soft enough for a comfortable ride on any road.â€
They are available in BMR’s signature red powdercoat finish, and they carry a lifetime warranty.
