There is no doubt the rumble of a Flowmaster exhaust is synonymous with the Mustang. Since Fox days, 5.0-liter engines and these signature chambered mufflers have created a unique tone that you can identify from a distance. Now you can add that sound to your new 5.0-liter Mustang, as Flowmaster’s exhaust systems for 2015 Mustangs are ready to go.

Both the company’s classic American Thunder and the rambunctious Outlaw systems are now available in either full cat-back systems or as axle-back systems. All configurations are built from 409S stainless steel and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
The cat-back systems are constructed from 3-inch-diameter, mandrel-bent tubing joined by the company’s Scavenger X-pipe crossover. The American Thunder system (PN 817730) is said to produce an aggressive sound inside and outside the car thanks to a pair of specially tuned Series 60 mufflers that exit through 4-inch tips.
If you want an even more aggressive tone, the system featuring the Outlaw mufflers (PN 817734) is said to be “not for the faint of heart.â€
Listen to the system right here:
If you aren’t looking for a complete exhaust makeover, you can get simple axle-back systems that replace the factory mufflers with either Series 60 (PN 817710) or Outlaw Series (PN 817731) mufflers. If you want something even tamer, there is also a Force II axle-back (PN 817681) that is said to deliver a moderate sound.
All the systems include detailed instructions and all the hardware needed to install them.
